How much can you earn?
Caregivers earn $18 per hourthrough Michigan Medicaid as of January 1, 2026. Authorized hours are set by an MDHHS assessment based on the care recipient's needs.
Hours are determined by MDHHS based on assessed care needs. The maximum is 179.9 hours per month.

The Michigan Home Help paperwork involves three different state systems and a half-dozen forms. Here's what we handle so you don't have to:
MDHHS application
We complete the Home Help application (MSA-4676) and submit it on your behalf.
CHAMPS enrollment
We enroll you as a Medicaid provider in CHAMPS — the step that trips up most families.
EVV setup (HHAeXchange)
We get you set up on Electronic Visit Verification so every paid visit is logged correctly.
Ongoing support
Reauthorizations, hour increases, MDHHS questions — we stay in your corner after enrollment.
